Eligibility
Who this is for.
Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics is the standard route. Commerce and Arts students without those subjects can still qualify through the NIOS route — see our full NIOS eligibility guide for exactly how that works. You'll also need a DGCA Class 2 medical to begin, and a Class 1 medical before flying training; we guide you through both.
The Core Principle
Most students waste 6 to 12 months.
They complete one step, then figure out the next. Medical after ground school. Visa after medical. Exams after returning from abroad. Each gap costs months — and once flying recency expires, it costs lakhs. The IPMP runs three to four workstreams in parallel from Day 1 — so nothing waits for anything else.
A320 or B737 specialisation: fixed-base simulator training, full flight simulator (FFS), and type-rating advisory with provider selection. This is a separate cost from the CPL pathway above.
